Registering a Military APO/FPO Address
To ship any order to a military APO/FPO address, please enter APO or FPO in the City field of the order form, and select one of
the following choices in the State field of the order form: Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and
Canada; Armed Forces Americas; and Armed Forces Pacific. All APO or FPO orders are shipped USPS.
UPS
UPS Ground is used for most of our shipments, and UPS is the only carrier that supplies tracking information through our web site. Some exceptions do apply:
· Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground is unavailable in these areas.
· Packages over UPS size limitations are shipped by freight. Additional charges may apply. Such items are 88-note
keyboards, pianos, risers, etc.
Brook Mays Music makes every effort to ship all available orders within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. However, sometimes credit card verification delays the order processing procedure and might delay the shipment.

UPS GROUND - Estimated Delivery Time
The following map is provided by UPS to show estimated delivery times from our warehouse location only (Dallas, TX, 75247). This timeline begins when your order is shipped from our warehouse, not when your order is placed or processed. Check your account order status page for items marked "Shipped" (UPS only) before using this map. Map does not apply to other shipping providers, or shipments sent from Brook Mays locations outside of the 75247 zip code. Most shipments and items labelled with the Green Music Note originate from our warehouse location at 75247. We do not guarantee the timeline provided by UPS, and suggest that this chart be used to estimate your time of arrival after you have received confirmation of shipment via E-Mail. Days of delivery are Monday-Friday only, and do not include weekends (Brook Mays also does not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday).
Tracking Your Package
Brookmays.com is happy to provide all UPS customers with the tracking number on their order. In order to check on the shipping status or your order, visit the Account Information page and click on "My Order Status" (login required). This will list out all of your present and past orders. Select the order number you are interested in and within the summary of the order is an option to track your order. Please note: There is NO TRACKING on POSTAL items.
International Shipping Charges
International charges are calculated at the time of shipment. Final shipping cost is determined by weight, overall package size, total number of shipments, and destination. Customs fees may also apply. Contact your customs office for more information.
Our exclusive Free Shipping offer is not available on international orders.
United Parcel Service Ground shipping is not available on international orders. Most international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We recommend that all international customers view the USPS website to estimate shipping charges. Click here to view USPS International Shipping Rate Tables. Additional fees may apply to oversized or irregular packages.
International orders meeting the following requirements are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail (Click here for USPS Global Priority Rate Tables):

- Maximum weight of order does not exceed 4 pounds.

- Maximum box length is less than 24 inches.
|
|
- Maximum length, height, and depth combined is less than 36 inches.

International orders that do not meet the above criteria are shipped via USPS International Airmail Parcel Post. Click here to view USPS Int'l Airmail Parcel Post Rate Tables. We reserve the right to use another carrier at any time on all international orders. Please note that a handling charge of US$7.50 is added to all international orders. Minimum order outside the United States is US$50.00, plus shipping and handling charges.
Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you need to return a product, please E-Mail Orders@BrookMays.com
first to receive a Return Authorization and an RA number. Returns will not
be accepted without an RA Number. Upon returning any item, always include
an explanation for the return that includes your name, school name, RA Number,
PO number (if applicable), address, phone number, invoice number on a piece of
paper inside the returned shipping carton. If we do not have all of this
information, we will not be able to process your return. COD shipments will
not be accepted! Returns will be accepted for 30 days following shipment.
Merchandise not returned in original packaging is subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Due to legal and health restrictions, returns will not be accepted on some
products including but not limited to Harmonicas, Reeds, Software, and Printed
Music.
Credit
All returns for credit for reasons other than
damage will be inspected for use, wear, and user damage before credit is
issued. We will not issue credit for shipping charges unless the item is
damaged in transit.
Packing Slips
On the other side of
this page is a copy of your packing slip, please inspect the contents of this
package upon receipt. If there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 48
hours by E-Mailing orders@brookmays.com.
Damaged Items
If the items in this carton are
damaged, please notify us upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days. SAVE
ALL OF THE PACKING MATERIALS, the shipping carrier will need to inspect them.
Do not throw away any cartons or packing material due to the “on arrival”
condition of any package.
Backordered Items
If you ordered items that are not in this carton, they will not be listed on
your packing slip. For tracking information or ETA information on backordered
items, please visit our website, http://www.brookmays.com/orderinfo.asp
and click on My Account for more information or E-Mail us at orders@brookmays.com. You
are invoiced for shipped goods only, items not shipped will not appear on your
invoice.
Invoices
Invoices are not included in
shipped packages, they will be mailed to the billing address indicated on your
order 1-2 days following the shipment of the merchandise. Invoices will NOT be
mailed on prepaid (credit card or check) orders. To request a copy of your
invoice for billing purposes, please E-Mail us now at orders@brookmays.com with the invoice number
or order number listed at the top of your packing slip.
